marie is like family. she was one of our very first customers - quite literally. she entered our shop door, on our very first day, and heck, she may have actually been the first one! our wee little store had it's humble beginnings in a tiny space on the second floor in a building on front street in historic downtown poulsbo. you really had to love stamping to come seek us out. and here we are, over 16 years later, and marie is still a faithful rubber soul pal. she is one smart lady with a huge heart, and i'm always fascinated by all of her interests and philanthropic ways. and just when you think you know a person, you learn that they've been on the shoulders of tarzan (johnny weismiller) at the age of 4. who knew?
