it's friday night (and oh my, did you see that beauty of a moon?) and it feels good knowing i have the next two days off. i'm in tune to a subtle shift in the velocity of my breath, and i suspect the shoulders have already come down a good inch. and just knowing that there aren't a lot of plans on the weekend roster also does the psyche good. there will be a minimal amount of time feeling obligated, and much more time letting things just be. i'm even thinking maybe, just maybe, i can spend some time in my big cushy orange chair and delve into the increasing stack of books vying for my attention on the night stand. yes, just look at all those lovelies. hmmmm, which ones would you choose?
good night and long sweet dreams.
today, today, today. bless us...
and help us to grow.

today i am grateful for: when the moon is a magical tilted crescent, caroline myss, books that illuminate, furry ones too, and internet in the home.
